All Retail Cuts are processed by Blalock Meat in Rabun Gap, GA, a USDA inspected facility. We are licensed to sell retail cuts by the State of South Carolina. Ossabaw Island Hog Pork - Fatback
Fatback is unsalted and available either sliced (1 lb. pkgs) or cubed (appx. 3 lb. pkgs). Sliced is perfect for cooking and adding the best flavor to vegetables, beans, or frying other dishes. Cubed is ideal for rendering your own lard for use in cooking, baking, or even soap making.
Ossabaw Island Hog Pork - Extras
Heritage Pork from our Rare Ossabaw Island Hogs. Extras can include pork bones, pork skin, trotters (pig's feet), hocks, organ meat (heart, kidneys, liver, tongue).
Canned Goods
SC Law allows the sale of food items prepared at home without a retail food establishment permit for specific items, to include: 1. Jams, jellies, preserves and dried fruits 2. Dry herbs, seasonings, and mixtures 3. Vinegars and flavored vinegars and 4. Any other Department-approved non-time/temperature control safety foods that use a low-risk process. We prepare a variety of items that meet these guidelines, using the best local ingredients and following best canning practices.

Freezer space comes at a premium, so we have prepared a number of dried Meals In a Jar, packed with nearly everything you need to make a complete meal for a large family! These jars come with complete recipes and directions (so you can refill); all you need is to add water, some fresh vegetables or meat, and you are Ready to Eat! These are great for filling a pantry or for gifting!

In the spirit of sustainability, we are always looking for ways to produce less waste and use less harmful chemicals in every day life. To that end, we offer a few handcrafted items you might find handy!
Beeswax Wraps (set of 3)
Beeswax wraps are a natural alternative to plastic wrap. These wraps are made from 100% cotton fabrics in fun patterns, saturated with a mixture of beeswax, pine resin, and sweet almond oil.
To use a wrap, simply cover the item and using the heat of your hand, gently mold wrap to provide an air and water tight seal to protect your food.
Wraps are reusable many times, simply wash gently with warm soapy water and hang to dry. This set includes 1 each of 4x4, 6x6, and 12x12 inch wraps.
Tie-Dyed Cotton Tea Towels
Tea Towels are handy for the kitchen as a replacement for paper towels. To spruce up the usual plain white cotton fabric, our boys had fun making tie-dye patterns that can be yours to enjoy as well!
They can also double as fun fashion accessories as scarves or head wraps. Wet one down and wear around your neck for a cooling towel during work outdoors. Trust us, they can be a lifesaver in our Southern summers!
